We ship using USPS,UPS or DHL (No Post Office Boxes
please)
Free shipping over $40.00 is based on ground shipping within
the contiguous U.S. only. On all orders please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and 5-10 days for shipping within the contiguous United States. If you are paying by check or money order, we will hold your order until your check or money order is received and cleared by the bank. Your order will then be shipped.
Next Day, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Air
Next Day and 2nd Day Air are not available on laundry products, liquids or items
weighing over 20 pounds. 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air and Next Day orders must be
placed by 1 P.M. Eastern time. Next day shipping is not available on weekends,
but will go out Monday if the item is in stock. Your item will ship out Next Day
if the item is in stock. If it is not in stock we will contact you by phone or
email. Next Day, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Air will be shipped by UPS depending
on the carriers pick up and delivery schedule. UPS does not deliver 2nd Day Air
or 3rd Day Air packages on week-ends. Please contact Customer Support by using the contact us link.
Payment
We accept payments through PayPal, Check, Money Orders, and you may now opt to use Google Checkout to pay by credit card.
Billing
Please Note Credit Cards will show My Pet Shop Plus, Google or
Paypal
Undeliverable Address
If we receive a package back that states that the package was undeliverable due
to the address, we will credit you back the full amount less the shipping
charges .
Credits and Reshipments
We will not re-ship or credit you for packages that have a delivery
confirmation.
Returns
Please contact us about the item you wish to return, most items are returnable.
Please contact us BEFORE returning the item. Please use the contact us button on the top menu. All returnable items must be returned to us in its original packaging and at your expense within 14 days of receipt of the product. Refunds will be issued for purchase price only, we are unable to refund shipping costs. We will issue you a refund in the form of your original payment method.
